The Healing Anchored Model · Clinically informed, Christ-centered
You don't need the right words, or even a clear sense of what's wrong. Wherever you are right now, you're invited to slow down, notice what's happening inside you, and bring it honestly to God.
Leadership, ministry, marriage, parenting, and work can bring us face-to-face with places inside that hold pain, fear, and longing we don't fully understand. The ways we learned to cope can keep shaping how we respond long after the circumstances that formed them have changed. Some patterns were handed down through generations, and they feel so familiar we mistake them for who we are.
Here, we slow down, get curious about what's underneath, and make room for Christ to meet you there. I believe He has the power to heal and transform, and I'd be honored to walk with you as He does.
Is this for you?
This tends to resonate most with people who…
Your visible life leaves little room for anyone to see the harder places.
You know you're stuck, reactive, or repeating a pattern, but you can't find the root on your own.
You don't want to choose between honest self-understanding and a Christ-centered process.
You want change that reaches the roots, not only a better week.
You're the steady one for your spouse and kids, and you're running low.
How you were raised or old spiritual wounds keep showing up in your marriage, your leadership, and your decisions.
The Healing Anchored approach
Healing rarely comes from trying harder or understanding more. In my experience, it comes when the places that hurt finally meet the One who can heal them. Here's what that usually looks like.
The reactions you can't seem to change often come from parts of you that learned to protect you long ago. We get curious about them, without shame, so they can show us what they're carrying.
When you're ready, we ask Jesus to meet you in the places that still hurt, including painful memories. Truth received in His presence tends to reach deeper than truth we simply repeat to ourselves.
Lies you've believed about yourself, others, or God, including patterns handed down through your family, can be renounced and laid down at Jesus' feet. Then we invite the Holy Spirit to fill that space with what's true.
I call this the Healing Anchored approach: parts work and Christian inner healing, anchored in Scripture and centered on Christ. You never have to use any particular language, and nothing happens without your consent.

The process
Every path is different, but most of our time together includes some mix of these:
Early on, we focus on what brought you here: the struggle you came in with, and the patterns, history, and relationships around it.
Healing isn't rushed, and it isn't forced. We go where there's readiness, not where there's pressure.
A deeper confidence that Jesus meets you with truth, compassion, and transforming grace, and a freedom that shows up in your marriage, leadership, and home.
Both are shaped by the Healing Anchored Model. The difference is the setting.
