The Healing Anchored Model

Where clinical expertise and Christian inner healing meet.

A specialized, Christ-centered approach to healing, developed through years of ministry and clinical practice. It brings together three streams that are usually practiced apart, and holds them under the authority of Scripture.

Why integration matters

We are whole people. Our healing should be too.

Many people have tried therapy that helped them understand their patterns but left their faith at the door. Others have received prayer that touched their spirit but didn't reach the patterns that keep returning.

Our wounds are emotional, relational, and spiritual all at once. Healing Anchored holds all of it in the same room, often in the same moment.

Most therapyClinical skill, but faith is often set aside.
Most prayer ministryFaith-filled, but often without clinical training.
Healing AnchoredClinical expertise and Christian inner healing, integrated in every session.

Three streams, one approach

What the model brings together

Clinical parts work

Grounded in the Internal Family Systems map of parts and Self, this helps us understand the inner system: protective parts that work to keep us safe, and younger parts that still carry pain. At the center is the image of God, made for communion with Him.

The Immanuel Approach

Rather than talking about Jesus, we invite Him into the places that hurt, including painful memories. Truth received in His presence reaches deeper than truth we simply repeat.

Restoring the Foundations

Some burdens come from lies we've believed or patterns handed down through families. Through forgiveness and renouncing, they're laid down, and the Holy Spirit fills the space they held.

How healing moves

Every step at your pace, and nothing without your consent.

1

We begin with prayer and listening.

Inviting God into the session and noticing what's stirring inside you.

2

We meet what's underneath.

Getting to know protective and wounded parts with curiosity instead of shame.

3

We invite Jesus in.

So the places that hurt can meet Him.

4

We unburden what isn't true.

Renouncing lies and generational patterns, and laying them at Jesus' feet.

5

We receive and seal.

Inviting the Holy Spirit to fill what's been freed, and closing in prayer.

What anchors it

Scripture

The final authority for faith and life.

The image of God

Borne by every person, at the core of who we are.

The Holy Spirit

The true healer, though God so often works through people.

Clinical wisdom

Guiding the pace, safety, and care of every session.

About Nadia

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (TN, IL) with more than 19 years in ministry and missions. I trained at the IFS Institute, where I also guide practicum training as a program assistant, and have trained in Christian inner healing and deliverance. The Healing Anchored Model grew out of seeing what happens when clinical care and the presence of Jesus are held together.

If this is the kind of healing you've been looking for, I'd love to talk.
