Clinically trained · Christ-centered
If you lead, serve, create, or care for others while quietly carrying something almost no one sees, you don't have to carry it alone.
I'm Nadia, a licensed marriage and family therapist and longtime minister. For more than 19 years I've walked with leaders, pastors, creatives, and families. Through the Healing Anchored Model, I bring together clinical expertise and Christian inner healing, so you can bring your whole story into Christ's presence and begin healing what has been shaping how you live, lead, and love.

Why I do this work
For years I've walked alongside faithful people who live much of their lives in public view: pastors, ministry and business leaders, creatives, and parents. Many have spent years leading, serving, and creating for others while quietly carrying struggles few people see.
God calls us to more than coping. He invites us to be made like Christ and to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. That reaches into our thoughts, emotions, relationships, fears, and wounds, and into the stories we carry about ourselves, others, and God.
I believe healing and spiritual growth belong together. This work is one way God graciously meets us as He makes us more like Christ: bringing what's hidden into the light, replacing distorted beliefs with truth, and healing the places that shaped how we live and relate.
My deepest hope isn't only that you feel better. It's that you become more wholehearted in following Jesus: responding instead of reacting, leading from security instead of striving, and loving from freedom instead of fear.
How I work
I hold Scripture as the final authority for faith and life, and I believe God is the author of the whole person. So I welcome what careful research has learned about how we're shaped, and I weigh every insight against His Word.
Years of ministry, theological training, Christian inner healing, and Immanuel-informed prayer have shaped my understanding of healing. Clinically, I'm grounded in family systems theory, attachment science, and trauma research. The Healing Anchored Model uses the Internal Family Systems (IFS) map of parts and Self, and draws on clinical parts work, the Immanuel Approach, and Restoring the Foundations, held under the authority of Scripture and centered on Christ.
I don't separate emotional healing from spiritual formation. When welcomed, our work includes prayer, Scripture, discernment, and practices that help you notice Jesus' presence in “stuck” memories, present struggles, and everyday decisions. Christ is the true Healer; my role is to help you meet Him there.
Over time, this becomes part of growing more like Christ: bringing every part of life under His loving authority, including your relationships, reactions, desires, wounds, work, and leadership.
The Healing Anchored Model
Most people have to choose. Therapy may help you understand your patterns but leave your faith at the door. Prayer ministry may touch your spirit but not reach the patterns that keep returning. The Healing Anchored Model holds both in the same room, often in the same moment.
It draws on clinical parts work, the Immanuel Approach, and Restoring the Foundations, held under the authority of Scripture and centered on Christ.
Experience
More than 19 years of ministry and missions shape how I work. But training only matters as far as it serves the person in front of me.

Client stories
I had led worship for years and could not remember the last time I felt God near. Nadia never rushed me. For the first time I brought the parts of me I had been hiding into His presence, and something finally settled.
Worship leader, Tennessee
I came in thinking I just needed better boundaries. What I found was a scared, younger part of me that had been running my life. Nadia held the clinical side and the spiritual side together in a way I had never experienced.
Ministry leader
My husband and I were stuck in the same fight for years. In our intensive we finally heard the longing underneath it. We left with tools, but more than that, we left with hope.
Couple, married 14 years
As a pastor I am usually the one holding everyone else. Nadia created a place where I could stop performing. Her care is gentle, but she is not afraid to go where it hurts.
Senior pastor
I was wary of anything that mixed therapy and faith. Nadia’s work is clinically careful and deeply rooted in Scripture. I never felt pushed, only invited.
Creative director, Chicago
The training changed how I sit with the people I serve. I understand my own parts better, and I trust the Holy Spirit to lead in a room in a way I didn’t before.
