Restoration Intensives

Some seasons ask for more than an hour a week.

Restoration Intensives are private, in-person days set apart for pastors, leaders, creatives, couples, and families who need unhurried time to rest, listen, and let God meet them in what matters most.

Each intensive is shaped by the Healing Anchored Model, integrating clinical care and Christian inner healing. A small number are offered each year, by application.

Does this sound like you?

You've been pouring out for years.

Your calendar has no room to stop, and rest keeps getting pushed to next month.

You're standing at a crossroads.

A major decision, transition, or calling is in front of you, and you need quiet to hear clearly.

You're carrying more than you can say out loud.

You've been the strong one for everyone else, and you need a safe place to finally put it down.

Your marriage needs more than a few hours.

You want concentrated time to slow down, hear each other, and reconnect.

What a Restoration Intensive is

Room to go deeper than a clock allows.

Weekly sessions are good for steady change. But some things need room: room to slow down, to go deeper, and to let what surfaces settle before you step back into real life.

A Restoration Intensive is one or two days set apart from your responsibilities and designed around you and your season, with prayer, Scripture, and soul care woven through. You get my full attention, and no one else's agenda.

Why an intensive

5.5 hrs

in one day, about 8+ weekly sessions of working time

9–10 hrs

across two days, about 14+ weekly sessions

In a typical 50-minute session, check-in and wrap-up leave roughly 30 to 40 minutes for deeper work. An intensive removes the stop-and-start.

Curated and personalized

Nothing is off the shelf. Your intensive is designed around your goals, your story, and where you are right now.

A place to settle

A quiet, private space to rest, reflect, and let the work take root. [Lodging details]

Mind, body, and spirit

Movement, rest, good food, and time outdoors sit alongside the deeper work.

Faith at the center

Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual formation are woven through every hour, never added on at the end.

What you'll leave with

  • Clarity about what has been shaping you
  • Rest, and a mind and body that have finally slowed down
  • A written summary with key insights and next steps
  • A simple plan for the weeks and months ahead
  • A follow-up conversation to help it all take root

Who it's for

  • Pastors and ministry leaders
  • Missionaries and those returning from the field
  • Executives, founders, and business leaders
  • Creatives and performers
  • Couples who want concentrated time together
  • Anyone facing burnout or a major transition

How it works

Every intensive begins with a conversation.

1

Share your interest.

A short form tells me who you are and what's drawing you here.

2

Restoration Planning Session.

A 90-minute conversation to listen to your story and decide together whether an intensive fits. [Fee credited toward your intensive.]

3

Your intensive is designed.

I shape the days around your goals, your pace, and your season.

4

You come away.

One day or two, set apart, with time to rest and let the work settle.

5

Integration and follow-up.

A written summary, a simple plan, and a follow-up conversation within 2 to 4 weeks.

Ways to come

Space is limited on purpose

One-day intensive

About 5.5 hours of focused time, for a concentrated reset or a clear next step.

Two-day intensive

About 9 to 10 hours across two days, with time between to rest and let it settle.

Couple's intensive

One or two days shaped around your marriage, to slow down, hear each other, and reconnect.

A deposit of [__]% reserves your dates. Lodging, meals, and travel are not included. Intensives are private pay.

Is this the right fit?

It may be right for you if:

  • You're ready to go deeper and can set aside the time
  • You want a guide who takes your story and faith seriously
  • You have support in place for the weeks afterward

It may not be the right fit if:

  • You're in acute crisis or an unsafe situation (call or text 988 first)
  • You're in active addiction or withdrawal
  • You hope an intensive will fix someone else

Common questions

Do I need to be a Christian?

This is Christian soul care, so prayer and Scripture are part of it. You don't need your faith figured out, and you can always say no to any practice.

How is this different from weekly sessions?

The same kind of care, with far more room to go deeper.

What if I'm already seeing a therapist?

An intensive can complement the care you already have. With your permission, I'm glad to coordinate.

Is it normal to feel nervous?

Yes. That's why we begin with a planning conversation and move at your pace.

How is what I share handled?

[Confidentiality statement after attorney review.]

You've spent a long time showing up for everyone else. Come be cared for.
